Based on the information you provide, we’ll send you a tailored certification proposal aligned with your business processes, location, and objectives.
STEP 2: APPROVE THE PROPOSAL
🗓️ Next Steps After Proposal Acceptance
Once you accept our certification proposal, BluestarCMI will promptly coordinate with the accredited certification body to schedule your initial audit, which will be conducted by a Certified Lead Auditor assigned by our partner CB.
The initial certification audit consists of two mandatory stages:
- Stage 1: Documentation Review
- Stage 2: On-Site Assessment
⚠️ Please Note: Prior to scheduling the audit, your organization must demonstrate that your management system:
- Has undergone a complete cycle of internal audits
- Has undergone a formal management review
- Has been fully implemented and operational for a minimum of three months
This ensures readiness and compliance with ISO requirements before the independent auditor begins the assessment process.
STEP 3: PASS THE CERTIFICATION AUDIT
✅ Certification Issuance After Successful Audit
Upon successful completion of the two-stage audit—Stage 1 (Documentation Review) and Stage 2 (On-Site Assessment)—the accredited certification body will make the final certification decision.
If approved:
- BluestarCMI will coordinate with the issuing CB to forward the ISO certificate to your organization.
- The certificate will be provided in both soft copy (PDF) and hard copy formats for your records and public display.
- Certification is valid for three years, contingent upon annual surveillance audits.
🔁 Ongoing Compliance Requirements
- Annual Surveillance Audits: Conducted by the partner CB to ensure continual adherence to ISO standards and system effectiveness.
- Three-Year Recertification Audit: A full reassessment, similar to the initial audit, is required to renew the certificate beyond its initial validity.
